Who is the #1 priority for Deportation?
#The Trump administration has made it very clear that the #1 priority for deportation has been all immigrants both legal and illegal with criminal records. Under the previous administration, only immigrants with violent criminal background were the #1 priority for deportation. However, under the new administration, anyone who is unable to prove legal status or U.S. Citizenship is taken into custody to be in detained and deported.
I have a criminal record. What are my options?
Our attorneys may be able to vacate your criminal record so you no longer have to live with the fear of deportation. Our attorneys are one of the only few left in the California area, who help immigrants with their record clearing needs. If you have a criminal record irrespective of whether you are a legal or an illegal immigrant you should get your record cleared.

I have DACA, am I exempt from Deportation?

Frequently asked questions from our customers
If the answer your are looking for is not here, please contact us directly.
I was arrested for a petty theft, will I be deported?
Under the new administration there are no clear guidelines as to what kind of crimes are more dangerous than the others. So a general rule of thumb if you have a criminal record we advise you to contact us and get your record vacated.
If I am illegal and my minor children are U.S. Citizens will I be deported?
From the reports we have heard, mothers with minor chilrden are given a Notice To Appear (NTA) at the ICE office at a particular date. Failure to appear will somtimes mean immediate deportation. If you have received an NTA, please contact us before going to the ICE office or court.
Will I still be arrested if the officers do not have a warrant for my arrest?
Based on the reports we have received, ICE officers are making “colleteral arrests”, meaning they are picking up anyone who does not have a valid immigration status without a permit. If you do not have legal status, you should immediately contact our office.
If my petition is still pending, will I be arrested?
From the information we have collected based on the arrests made since the enforcement activity began, it seems clear that the ICE agents are arresting anyone and everyone without legal status at the time they are fingerprinting a person. Having a pending application with the UCSIS does not protect you from deportation.
